My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The sense of colonial charm was lovely, yet the maintenance issues were noticeable. I appreciated the quaint garden and the friendly staff, although the language barrier was a slight challenge.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, but I found the pillows rather hard. and the bathrooms felt outdated. The lack of tea and coffee facilities was a bit disappointing, too.

The staff were good and accommodating. Ignitius, the young manager, went above and beyond to assist me with local arrangements. His English was excellent, and he made me feel welcome.

The facilities felt minimal. There was no room service, which was a letdown. I hoped for better overall upkeep.

I enjoyed my recent stay, and the staff truly made a difference with their kindness. The location is fantastic, very close to People's Park, but there are some maintenance issues that need attention. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, yet some aspects could be improved for comfort.

My room was spacious and comfortable, but I missed having tea and coffee facilities. I also noticed the windows faced a narrow verandah, making it too hot to sit outside.

The staff were good, especially the young manager, Ignitius, who was very helpful. However, I found that many of the staff members struggled with English, which made communication a bit challenging at times.

The hotel is in a lovely district, just a short walk to both People's Park and a shopping center. This proximity made exploring the area really enjoyable for me.

Wi-Fi was a bit hit-or-miss during my stay, and I noticed there were many mosquitoes at night. Maintenance could be improved, particularly in terms of ensuring better comfort in the rooms.

I had a pretty good stay at the Queen Shin Saw Pu Hotel. The staff were super friendly, which really made a difference, and the location was great since it was just a short walk to People's Park and not far from Shwedagon. However, I did find the wi-fi to be spotty in some areas, and I had some issues with mosquitoes at night.

I stayed in a Double or Twin Room with Balcony, but I was disappointed to find that the balcony wasn't really usable; there wasn't enough space for a chair. The room was comfortable, but it could use some maintenance on things like the hot and cold taps.
Service

The staff was great! Ignitius, the young manager, was excellent and helped me with everything from getting a SIM card to arranging tours. They definitely made me feel at home.

The restaurant was just okay, but there were also plenty of nearby restaurant options, so not a huge issue for me. I was able to grab energy bars for quick snacks on the go.
Facilities

While the hotel has a lovely garden and some character, it really could use some upgrades and better maintenance to improve the experience overall.

My stay at Queen Shin Saw Pu Hotel was a blend of charm and challenges. The historic building gave me a taste of colonial days, but there were some maintenance issues like the hot and cold taps being reversed. The staff, particularly Ignitius, were incredibly helpful, but language barriers with other staff made communication a bit tricky. Overall, I enjoyed my time, especially the lovely balcony view overlooking the lawn. 🌳✨

The service was generally good. Ignitius, the young manager, was a standout, providing really good assistance during my stay. Other staff members were friendly, but their limited English made some interactions challenging.

I had a lovely stay at the Queen Shin Saw Pu Hotel, where the charm of the colonial architecture was palpable. However, I did encounter some maintenance issues that detracted from the overall experience. Despite these drawbacks, the service was fantastic, especially from Ignitius, who went out of his way to help me. Overall, while it's a beautiful place, it's clear that a bit more upkeep is needed.

Rooms

The room was spacious and clean, but the outdated bathroom and hard pillows were a bit uncomfortable. I appreciated the air conditioning as it kept me cool despite the summer heat.
